The Reclaiming the End of Life Initiative is largely a volunteer grassroots project, supported by generous sponsors and commitments of time and energy by a growing corps of New Hampshire citizens. We are determined to make 2007 the year that national policymakers finally pay full attention to the crisis confronting Americans as we age and approach the end of life.

We are grateful for the financial support we have received from individuals and organizations that recognize the need and support the Initiative's strategy for capturing the attention of presidential candidates and the media NOW, while the New Hampshire primaries unfold.

Become a Sponsor Today

Sponsors are individuals or organizations that provide substantial ($3,000 or more) financial support to the Reclaiming the End of Life Initiative and want to make their support public. Your donation of any amount will help the Reclaiming the End Initiative move forward.

Your donation will help the Reclaiming Initiative move forward in a coordinated effort to bring issues of frail elders, seriously ill people and family caregivers to the national forefront during the 2007-2008 New Hampshire primaries campaigns. Your contribution will help us ignite a national conversation about how to solve what is indeed a crisis right now in America for a huge and growing population.

Donations can be made for general support or earmarked for activities such as the Citizen Forums. Sponsors will be acknowledged on brochures and program materials as well as at the Citizen Forums across New Hampshire. View our current list of sponsors.
